How We Work With Builders

From First Contact to Final Installation

Our process is built around the realities of construction and renovation projects, not a retail showroom system repurposed for trade clients.

Step one

Client Selection at Our Findlay Showroom

We handle the client selection process directly — freeing you from managing another vendor touchpoint. Your clients visit our showroom, work with our design team, and leave with a decision made. We confirm the selection with you and coordinate the rest from there.

No chasing clients for decisions. No back-and-forth on samples. You get a clean confirmation from us when the selection is finalized.

Step Two

Digital Templating When Cabinets Are Set

Once you confirm cabinets are fully installed, we schedule templating quickly — typically within a few business days. Our digital process captures every dimension, cutout, and layout detail with precision.

We review the template layout with the client before fabrication begins. Changes happen at the template stage, not on installation day. This is where most surprises get prevented.

Step Three

In-House Fabrication in Our Findlay Shop

Every countertop is fabricated in our shop on Stanford Parkway. CNC precision cutting, hand-finished edges, and final inspection before anything leaves our facility. We don’t outsource fabrication. The quality control is ours, end to end.

Turnaround from templating to installation-ready is typically one to two weeks. You get a specific date — not a range that leaves you guessing.

Step Four

Professional Installation by Our Own Crew

Our installers are Legacy employees — connected to the same fabrication shop. They arrive on schedule, complete the installation efficiently, and leave the space clean and ready for the client walkthrough.

We do a final check with the client on installation day. If anything needs attention, we address it directly. No third parties. Your client’s satisfaction is tied to your reputation, and we treat it that way.
